Website and service terms
Terms of Service
Effective August 12, 2026. These terms set the boundary between general journey guidance, paid services, independent professional advice and third-party resources.
Emigrate2USA provides education, structure and practical journey guidance. It is not a law firm, does not file immigration matters and does not guarantee any government, employer, agency or third-party outcome.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of emigrate2usa.co.za and services offered by Emigrate2USA Consulting ("Emigrate2USA", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, downloading a resource, booking a consultation or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific proposal, checkout term or written agreement that applies.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the service.
2. Scope of Emigrate2USA services
Emigrate2USA provides general information, educational tools, consultations, practical journey guidance, organisational support, business-establishment assistance and introductions to independent specialists where appropriate.
Exact deliverables, timing, fees and support boundaries are described on the relevant service page, proposal, invoice, checkout or written agreement. If a service-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written term controls for that service.
3. No legal, tax, financial or immigration representation
Emigrate2USA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, make formal legal eligibility determinations, prepare or file immigration petitions, or represent anyone before USCIS, the Department of State, the Department of Labor or another authority.
Educational discussion of visa categories, processes, documents or questions does not replace advice from a qualified U.S. immigration attorney. Emigrate2USA also does not provide regulated tax, accounting, investment, financial, insurance or other professional advice. Those services must be provided by appropriately qualified independent professionals.
4. Website tools, guides and downloads
The Visa Eligibility Quick Check, Visa Guides, articles, external-resource directory and downloadable materials are general educational resources. They are not a complete analysis and do not confirm eligibility, approval, legal status, timing, cost or outcome.
The Enhanced Eligibility Navigator™ is a paid organisational and educational digital product available separately and included with Visa Path Consultation. It ranks broad pathway signals, provides practical considerations, links to further resources and can generate a branded PDF. It does not determine eligibility, predict approval, monitor a case or replace a legal assessment.
5. Bookings, fees and service terms
Fees are shown on the applicable page, proposal or checkout and may change before a booking is completed. Payment, rescheduling, cancellation, refund, expiry and communication terms stated in the applicable booking flow or written service agreement form part of these Terms. A successful Navigator purchase provides one customer account with 90 days’ access; it is not lifetime access and account credentials may not be shared. Access ends automatically on the account expiry date. Reports downloaded during the access period remain available on the customer’s own device.
You are responsible for reviewing the selected service and providing complete, accurate and timely information. Delays, changed facts or incomplete information may affect delivery.
6. Independent providers and external links
Emigrate2USA may introduce or link to immigration attorneys, accountants, advisers, agencies, government resources and other independent providers. Each third party is responsible for its own advice, eligibility decisions, contracts, fees, services, security and outcomes.
An introduction, link or resource does not create an agency, partnership, employment or guarantee relationship. You must conduct your own due diligence and enter any third-party engagement directly with that provider.
7. EB-3 Other Worker programme boundary
Emigrate2USA does not employ, recruit, sponsor or place workers and does not guarantee a job, petition, visa, green card, priority date or processing time. Any employer, recruiter, agency, attorney and fee arrangement must be independently verified.
Employer obligations and costs in the permanent-labor-certification process are governed by law and professional advice. Do not rely on informal promises, guaranteed outcomes or payment instructions that are not supported by a clear written agreement.
8. User responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to provide truthful information, protect account or document access, keep Navigator credentials private, comply with law and use the website only for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or reproduce substantial content, introduce malware, misrepresent affiliation or use the services to facilitate unlawful conduct.
9. Intellectual property
The Emigrate2USA name, Bridge to America™, Enhanced Eligibility Navigator™, page designs, original text, tools, downloads, graphics and service materials are owned by or licensed to Emigrate2USA and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may download and print resources for your own non-commercial use. You may not sell, republish, remove attribution from, create competing products from or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The website and general resources are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emigrate2USA disclaims implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Rules, forms, fees, policies, government processing and third-party content can change. You are responsible for checking current official information and obtaining appropriate professional advice before acting.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emigrate2USA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss; lost profits or opportunities; immigration or business outcomes; third-party acts; or decisions made from general website content.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount paid to Emigrate2USA for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
12. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through written communication.
14. General provisions
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a paid engagement without consent. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the website contact and booking route.
