More than a petition

The legal filing is one part of a much bigger journey.

The L-1 process can require you to establish a U.S. business, build a credible operational plan, think ahead about hiring, coordinate information with your attorney, relocate a family and prepare the business for renewal—all at the same time.

The L-1 Success Journey™ creates structure around those interconnected pieces, while keeping legal work in the right professional lane.

Who this journey is for

You want support across the whole L-1 journey.

This package is designed for clients who need more than one stand-alone deliverable and value having the business, family and practical pieces brought together.

You are establishing or expanding a U.S. operation

and need practical structure around the entity, operational plan and next steps.

You need an integrated business and hiring story

that reflects realistic milestones, staffing needs and the development of the U.S. operation.

Your family is moving through the transition too

and you want the human, practical and relocation considerations included in the plan.

You want to prepare for renewal from the outset

by tracking business progress, workforce development and key operational milestones early.

What’s included

Seven connected parts. One supported journey.

Each element supports the wider goal of building the U.S. operation and moving through the L-1 journey with greater clarity and structure.

Everything in Business Establishment

The practical foundation for getting the U.S. entity established correctly.

  • LLC formation
  • Registered Agent
  • EIN application
  • Practical establishment guidance
  • Attorney introduction where entity-structure advice is needed

L-1 Business Plan

A detailed plan reflecting the U.S. operation, market, business model, growth priorities, staffing and financial assumptions. Your attorney determines its legal use and sufficiency.

Hiring & Workforce Planning

A structured roadmap for anticipated roles, timing, reporting lines and workforce milestones as the U.S. business develops.

Attorney Coordination

Practical coordination to help keep business information, plans, open items and questions organised around the attorney-led legal process.

Renewal Planning from the Outset

Early focus on the business activity, staffing progress, operating milestones and records that may matter when your attorney prepares the renewal.

Family Transition Guidance

Practical guidance for the family move and transition, helping you consider settling, schooling, community and the emotional side of starting again.

Related Ongoing Email Support

A consistent point of contact for non-legal questions and guidance connected to the agreed Journey scope while the engagement is active.

Clear boundary: Emigrate2USA provides business establishment, planning, practical preparation, coordination, journey support and renewal readiness. We do not provide legal advice, determine eligibility, prepare or file petitions, or represent clients before USCIS.

How the journey works

Support from foundation to renewal readiness.

The work is sequenced around your circumstances, attorney process and business stage; these five phases show the overall journey.

01

Establish

Set up the U.S. entity and practical foundation.

02

Plan

Develop the business and workforce roadmaps.

03

Coordinate

Keep non-legal information and priorities organised.

04

Transition

Support the move, family and early U.S. journey.

05

Prepare

Track progress and build renewal readiness early.

The right work in the right lane

Three roles. One coordinated process.

The Journey is designed to complement—not replace—the legal work. Clear roles protect you, your business and the integrity of the process.

Attorney, government and third-party professional fees are not included in the $2,550 Journey fee.

Renewal readiness

Renewal planning begins on day one—not when the deadline appears.

For many L-1 businesses, the first period in the United States is a period of proving, building and documenting. The strongest time to think about future renewal readiness is while the business is developing.

We help you keep the operational story visible so milestones and records are less likely to be reconstructed at the last minute. Your attorney remains responsible for the legal requirements, timing and renewal filing.

Set meaningful milestones

Identify realistic business, revenue, operational and workforce objectives.

Track workforce development

Keep the hiring plan, reporting lines and role progression visible.

Document business progress

Maintain organised records of activity, decisions and operating development.

Prepare early with your attorney

Bring the organised business story into the attorney-led renewal process.

Through this Journey, you gain:

  • A properly established U.S. business foundation
  • An integrated L-1 business plan
  • A structured hiring and workforce roadmap
  • Better-organised coordination with your attorney
  • A practical family-transition support layer
  • A clear focus on renewal readiness from the outset
  • Related ongoing email guidance
  • One guide helping connect the moving parts

Guided by lived experience

I understand how much sits behind an L-1 move.

I have lived the pressure of building a U.S. business, moving a family, keeping the practical pieces together and thinking ahead to renewal—all while navigating a major life transition.

The L-1 Success Journey™ brings that perspective into one structured support relationship: strategic enough for the business, practical enough for the real journey and human enough for the family living through it.

Frequently asked questions

Does the $2,550 fee include petition preparation or filing?

No. The package covers Emigrate2USA’s business establishment, planning, coordination and journey-support work. A qualified U.S. immigration attorney must provide legal advice, determine legal eligibility, prepare the petition, file with USCIS and provide legal representation.

Are attorney and government fees included?

No. Attorney fees, USCIS filing fees, government charges and third-party professional costs are separate from the L-1 Success Journey™ fee.

What is included under Business Establishment?

LLC formation, Registered Agent service, EIN application and practical establishment guidance are included. Where legal or entity-structure advice is required, we can introduce an appropriate attorney; that professional’s fees are separate.

What does attorney coordination mean?

It means helping keep the non-legal business information, practical work, plans, open items and questions organised around the attorney-led process. It does not mean directing the attorney, providing legal advice or taking responsibility for the legal case.

Is approval of the L-1 petition guaranteed?

No. Immigration outcomes cannot be guaranteed. USCIS decides petitions based on the law, evidence and circumstances. Your immigration attorney should advise you on eligibility, risks and legal strategy.

When should I begin the L-1 Success Journey™?

Ideally, before the U.S. business foundation and supporting plans are finalised. Starting early allows the entity, business plan, workforce roadmap, attorney coordination and family transition to be approached more cohesively.

What does ongoing email support cover?

It covers related non-legal guidance and questions within the agreed Journey scope while the engagement is active. It does not replace consultations with an immigration attorney, CPA, tax adviser or other regulated professional.

How is this different from L-1 Specialist Services?

L-1 Specialist Services are stand-alone options for a specific need. The L-1 Success Journey™ combines Business Establishment, the L-1 business plan, workforce planning, attorney coordination, renewal readiness, family-transition guidance and related email support in one higher-touch package.

You do not have to coordinate the whole L-1 journey alone.

Bring the business, practical, family and renewal-readiness pieces into one supported path forward.
